Start with the form
The form is the way to reach us. We reply by email to the address you give, with a quote that prices every line of the standard table, or with a question if we need one. Here is what to include.

How to reach us
Send the form at the bottom of this page or of any other page; they all reach the same place. Five fields are required: which package, your name, your email, when you plan to travel and how many are travelling. The optional section lets you add a hotel level, the number of rooms, shared or private boats and anything else we should know.
We reply by email to the address you give. If you have not heard from us, check your spam folder; replies to a new address sometimes land there. Then send the form again with a note.
What to include
- The package, or two you are choosing between. We can price both side by side.
- Dates or a month, and whether they can move. Some weeks, such as Lunar New Year, cost more.
- Who is travelling: adults, children and their ages, and anyone who needs a room alone.
- A hotel level: Standard, Superior, Deluxe, a mix by town, or "price all three".
- Boats: shared or private. If you are unsure, we price both.
- Anything that would spoil the trip: difficulty stepping into small boats, dietary needs, a fixed flight.
If you have none of these yet, send what you have. A package and a month are enough to start.
Examples of a good first message
- "Two of us, the four-day package, second week of February. Superior in Can Tho, Standard in Chau Doc. Private boats. Flying out of Ho Chi Minh City that evening."
- "Family of four, children 9 and 12, the two-day package in July. Please price all three hotel levels and shared versus private boat."
- "One traveller, the six-day package in January, Standard in the delta and Deluxe on Phu Quoc. I will book my own flight from the island."
What you receive
- An email quote: every line of the standard table with its own figure, for your dates and party.
- Each hotel night as a line at the level you chose, or all three levels if you asked.
- Separate lines for single supplements, the ferry on the six-day package, and any optional extras.
- Once you are happy, a written confirmation naming every hotel and room category, with the payment terms.

Before you write: three pages worth a minute
Most first questions are answered on three pages. The inclusions page sets out the standard table line by line, so you know what a quote will contain before you ask for one. The hotel levels page describes Standard, Superior and Deluxe town by town, which helps you decide whether to ask for one level or all three. The when to go page shows which months suit which package, including the months when the sea crossing to Phu Quoc is less reliable.
None of this is required reading. If you would rather just send the form, do; we will point you to the right page in our reply if a question is already answered there. What helps most is a package and a month. Everything else can follow in the second email, and a quote can be repriced as many times as you need while you decide.
What we cannot help with
- Single-day or join-in tours from Ho Chi Minh City; we do not sell them
- Routes other than our four packages
- Hotel-only bookings without a package
- Visa applications; Vietnam's e-visa is applied for by each traveller on the official portal

Payment safety and your data
Never send card details by email. How and where to pay is written on your confirmation, and nowhere else. What the form collects and how it is used is set out in the privacy policy.
If a message asks you to pay to an account that is not on your written confirmation, do not pay. Send the form and ask us first.

Is there an office we can visit?
Not at present. The form and email are how we work.
Can we ask questions before choosing a package?
Yes. Put them in the notes field. We answer them in the same email as a first quote.
Do you answer general questions about the delta?
If they relate to a trip you are planning, yes. The destination pages and the when-to-go page cover the most common ones.
